It is a courtyard house that incorporates passive cooling design techniques with Aerofoils cooling system on its south and the west facade. West facade forms the main entrance to the house.
The design of the front elevation includes cantilevered shades for the first floor, resulting in a variation in the facade treatment in the south-west corner of the buildings. Terracotta pitch roof is proposed on the top to reduce heat-gain through the roof.
